Ingredients
- Steak-a-licious Bacon Wrapped Chopped Beef Steaks
- 8 ounces Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
- 3 tbls. Butter
- 4 slices Sliced Swiss Cheese
- 2 slices Sliced Sourdough Bread
- Favorite Sandwich Condiment
Instructions
Cook Beef Steaks per instructions. Meanwhile, in a medium-hot skillet, brown the mushrooms in the butter. Toast the bread lightly and spread with your favorite sandwich condiment, top with the cheese. Slice the steaks and arrange them on the sandwich and finish with the sautéed mushrooms. Makes two open-faced sandwiches.
